Meet The Staff

Wil Fleming
WilFlemingWil Fleming is the Co-Owner and Director of Athlete Performance at Force Fitness and Performance in Bloomington, Indiana. His systems of athletic development have helped countless athletes achieve to their highest levels and have helped countless others on their journey to great performances.

Wil Fleming earned All-State honors in multiple sports while competing in high school. He went on to attend Indiana University to pursue track and field. His career culminated at the collegiate level with Wil earning All-American status in Track and Field. A graduate of Indiana University, Wil received his bachelor’s of science in Nutrition Science. Wil is certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist, as well as holding his credentials as a Youth Fitness Specialist from the International Youth Conditioning Association.

Wil’s experience as an athletic performance coach includes athletes of all ages and abilities, including those just starting their pursuit of athletic achievement , NCAA All-Americans, high school state champions, and Olympians.

Ryan Ketchum is the premiere weight loss and fitness expert in the Bloomington area, bar none.  50 lbs, 60 lbs, 100’s of inches lost. These are not uncommon occurrences when it comes to the training system Ryan has developed and employed countless times for his grateful clients.

Ryan’s expertise in the field of weight loss and fitness came about from using his years of training as an athlete and the incredible knowledge he gained from his own experiences combined with his education as a kinesiology student at Indiana University, to transform his own body from 330 lbs to 220 lbs in just a year’s time.
This incredible transformation which Ryan undertook, required tremendous will power and self confidence, both qualities that Ryan instills in all his clients.
Ryan’s expertise does not end with weight loss- his functional fitness programs are employed by some of Bloomington’s finest adult athletes, and his tactical strength programs are utilized by the Bloomington Fire Department to train their incoming recruits.
Ryan has personally designed workouts for 100’s of success stories and hopes that you will be the next one on the list.
